Ben Skelton

As Chief Executive, Ben’s role is focused on empowering our colleagues to deliver life-changing programmes whilst advocating internationally for the communities we serve. Since starting out as a volunteer for the charity in 2011, he has led Dig Deep from kitchen-table beginnings to helping the 1 million people of Bomet County realise their fundamental right to clean water and safe sanitation.

Alongside his role at Dig Deep, Ben has also held various associate consultant and trustee roles across the Third Sector, all related to his passion for growing and supporting organisations to achieve transformative social impact.
