Dionne is a specialist in supporting organisations to design and implement strategies and programmes that make a real difference to workers in the supply chain whilst delivering for the bottom line. With over 15 years of experience working in Europe, US, Asia and Africa, she has developed ground breaking programmes addressing modern slavery, organisational change, worker/gender empowerment and leadership at all levels.

Dionne joined Dig Deep’s board of trustees in 2017.
